Getting Started
Kingdom: First Era is a casual, unwhitelisted survival roleplay server. No application. No whitelist. Join and survive.
What This Server Is
You are in the First Era — the oldest period in the history of this world. There are no kingdoms here. No laws. No gods walking beside you. The land is young and violent, and civilization is barely a rumor in the south.
This server is part of the Greater Kingdom Community, a long-running Minecraft roleplay community with established lore and history. The First Era is the earliest, least-documented period in that canon. The mystery is intentional.
What You Can Do
- Form a tribe with other players, or survive alone
- Tame wild animals and build a life outside of conflict
- Roleplay — create a character, engage with the setting, build something
- Fight, explore, build, or disappear into the wilderness
There is no quest. There is no story waiting for you. What you do here is the story.
Each of those is a plugin, and each is reached by typing something. The commands are here: commands.md.
How Long This World Lasts
This run is a beta, and it is bounded. It opens Tuesday 1 September 2026 and ends on Wednesday 30 September 2026 — thirty days.
When it ends the world is backed up and then wiped. Nothing carries over: whatever you built, gathered, or organized ends with the run. The archive is kept, the world is not.
That is worth knowing before you sink a month into a settlement. It does not make building pointless — it makes it a different kind of thing. What survives an era is the account of it, not the walls.
What Staff Will and Won't Do
Staff will: act on reports — harassment, griefing, cheating, and anything else the rules cover. Report problems and they will be addressed.
Staff won't: run your story, take sides in conflicts that break no rule, or tell you what to do. Raiding, faction war, and hostile roleplay are the server working as intended, not something to be refereed. The server is designed to run itself.
Read the full player rules here: rules.md.
What you build here will be forgotten, or it will become legend.
